| In recent years,the economic situation in the Northeastern China is not optimistic,economic growth countdown year after year,the Northeast issue caused widespread concern in the community.In the process of economic development,population and economic growth are interrelated,and the population is affected by economic growth.In turn,the harsh economic environment also affects the population structure of a region.Northeast China in the severe economic situation,the population problem is facing the phenomenon of population outflow,not only large-scale,fast growth,but there is an increasing trend.These people have fled to other areas to make a living.Therefore,in order to change the existing population outflow situation,it is necessary to study the factors that affect the employment of these people,and accordingly to develop relevant policies to alleviate the impact of population outflow on the existing economy.Based on the dynamic data of the floating population in 2015,through the descriptive analysis firstly,from the aspects of gender age structure,household registration status,educational level and other population attributes,the flow direction,the flow duration and such as the young and middle-aged labor force,agricultural household registration and secondary education,tend to flow to the eastern coastal areas,from the business to do business,in general,the general situation of the population out of the general situation and found that has the following characteristics: The flow time is mostly in the 2-5 years.The labor intensity of these outflows is relatively large,and the income level is directly affected by different household registration and education level.The income level of the eastern region is the highest.Then,the paper analyzes the employment characteristics of the population out of the population,selects the employment status,the main occupation,the employment status,the unit nature,the working time of the week,the monthly income and expenditure,and so on.The results show that the employment tendency of the male population is higher than that of the female,(65.9%),followed by self-employed workers;the proportion of those engaged in the business services sector is the highest in the population of the unemployed;the proportion of the employees is the most important form of employment;The nature of the unit for the business and private groups the highest proportion of the population in the industry is the most dependent consumer services,production services and manufacturing.The Logistic analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of the employment of the outflow population.The previous demographic characteristics,socioeconomic characteristics and flow characteristics were selected as independent variables,employment status and career choice as dependent variables.The results show that the employment rate of male outflows is higher than that of women,and the education level has a significant impact on employment.For each education level,the average employment probability is increased by 18.5%,the employment status is more likely to be married,the employment rate of agricultural household registration is high,But tend to engage in labor-intensive work.Age has a negative impact,did not improve a grade employment probability will be reduced by 43.9%,intergenerational differences on the employment status of significant,with age easier to employment.In the choice of occupation,in addition to marital status other variables have a significant impact,these factors are reflected in different occupational types.In the case of managers and office classes and professional and technical occupations,there is a positive correlation between employment probability and education level,and negatively correlated with age.In the professional and technical categories and production and transportation occupations,gender and household accounts have a significant impact,the probability of male employment is higher,and the employment probability of agricultural accounts is higher. |
