Balanced Scorecards Are Used In Different Life Cycles Of Budget Hotels

With the rapid development of our economy,out of office and tourism has been more and more popular,the Economy Hotel began to be welcomed by everyone.at present,China's local Economy Hotel most have no real sense of the performance management mode or only follow the traditional single financial indicators as the tool of performance management,application of this pattern of results is not good performance.In order to ensure the development of an Economy Hotel,it is necessary to establish an effective performance management system.Considering the life cycle,I conduct a comprehensive and in-depth study on the dynamic balance scorecard in Economy Hotel with using the method of theory analysis and case application.This study can make sure our country Economy Hotel performance evaluation system and explore the applicability of dynamic balanced scorecard.All of this researches can help us seek to establish a new performance evaluation model,which can solve the existing Economy Hotel performance evaluation problem.According to China's Economy Hotel different life cycle characteristics and combination strategy,we can design China's Economy Hotel basic Balanced Scorecard and strategic Balanced Scorecard,Using development of Homeinn Economy Hotel we can combine the basis of the Balanced Scorecard and strategic balanced scorecard,which can set up the Balanced Scorecard of Homeinn Economy Hotel in different stages of development.In the study,according to the actual situation of the conversion of Balanced Scorecard,we can evaluate the performance of the Economy Hotel in time.Economy Hotel found the life cycle is different;the challenges are not the same;the strategic planning of each development cycle is not the same;the same performance evaluation focus is not the same,so the balanced Scorecard and enterprise life cycle link is particularly important.The results show that the design of the balanced scorecard is not only influenced by the enterprise strategy,but also the role of life cycle can not be ignored.The application of the Balanced Scorecard in the Economy Hotel is a dynamic process.The study also found that the Balanced Score Card based on the Economy Hotel in different life cycle can enhance the practicability of the performance evaluation,which help the hotel to better complete the goal of each stage.The Balanced Score Card can achieve the Economy Hotel's long-term development.It has application value,which can be a reference for other Economy Hotel performance evaluation.
