Nowadays, competition among companies turns out to be the competition of their employees. Thus, as a significant part of Human Resource Management, the importance of hiring is highly valued. Whether can the company high potential candidates who can grow up together with the company for all open positions influence a lot to the development of the company.This paper will analyze the existing problem of company A, and based on the set-up of recruitment management system as well as existing theories, will reveal the existing and potential problem of company A's recruitment management system, and will finally come out with an improved recruitment management system which suits Company A better.The analysis of Company A will be executed via 4 steps. First of all, improve current Human Resource Planning and Job Analysis. Secondly, elevate each process of recruitment, like recruitment planning, recruitment approval, hiring channel, enhancement of interview skill etc. Thirdly, by initial using some assessment tools to decrease the influence of subjective factor and improve the candidate selection management. Last of all, is to strengthen the evaluation of recruitment to compare the new recruitment management system with the old one.The improved recruitment management system will better meet the talent demand of Company A, and better store potential talents. An evaluation system is required to guarantee the execution of new recruitment management system, and helping in finding out new problems and keep improving to result in an even better recruitment management system.
