The rapid development of the financial industry and the competitive requirements of employees with high quality practitioners, in order to improve the competitiveness of financial institutions, staff training is particularly important. Especially after joining the WTO, the influx of foreign banks, industry homogeneity, Internet banking production, competition and pressure on China’s banking sector intensified. In the new environment and form an effective human resource management is the key to improving the commercial bank’s core competitiveness, and basic methods of training and human resource development as improving the overall quality is very important. Level employees in the banking sector as a large number of groups, good overall professional quality landing on the promotion of the development of banking plays an active role.Based on the study abroad training theory, selected commercial banks as the research object level employees to discuss possible measures to improve the effectiveness of training. This paper first describes the theory of employee training and training effectiveness; overview of the introduction and training of human resources in J status quo on the basis of the bank to take literature research, secondary data analysis, interviews, etc., relevant content for the training system for analysis, found inadequate training system is imperfect, the training needs survey and analysis, planning training is not strong, single way of training, evaluation of training six questions and feedback system and inadequate training of staff and the development of low correlation key aspects And then put forward a sound training system targeted to build a learning organization and staff development path of the proposed measures. This article covers not only measures to solve the problems raised, and proposed measures to protect the contents of the relevant aspects. This study hopes to commercial bank training junior staff have practical significance.
