The Research Of The Supply-Demand Imbalance Of Shanghai Science And Technology Enterprises’s Financial Services System

At present,although China’s science and technology enterprise is in the primary stage of development,it develops rapidly by virtue of its unique advantages with national economic becoming maturity,and the science and technology enterprise is benefit for the development of the world economy and social progress.The reason that why science and technology enterprise always occupy a critical position in the national economic system is that it has flexible decision-making mechanism,lower management costs and it can give a timely response to the domestic market.The most outstanding feature of the science and technology enterprise is that it has independent and mature innovation mechanism and has hgh innovation effiency.However,the fund becomes the biggest problem that restricts the development of science and technology enterprise.So,the ‘financing difficult’has aroused great concern in society recently.In the background that shanghai constructs a global center of science and innovation,so,it is important to promote the development of Shanghai science and technology enterprise.This paper analyzes the supply-demand imbalance’s appearance of Shanghai science and technology enterprise financial serices system based on the data and field investigation.I conclude four aspects that the supply-demand imbalance of tranditonal finance,new financial supply and the government support.At the same time,the stock fund develops slowly.On the basis of performance,this paper explores the reasons and influences for the supply-demand imbalance of Shanghai science and technology enterprise financial serices system.Lastly,this paper gives five suggestions from the aspects of capital market,the interaction of traditonal finance and new finance,government support,technology banks and mismatch of informatioms.
