Rethinking Of The Structural Reforms In The Northeast China Economic Demand Side Under The New Normal

Consumption,investment and net exports are known as the three drivers of economic growth,they are also the important part of the demand structure at the same time.When the consumption structure,demand structure,and net exports have something wrong or they have the imbalance of the proportions,it can makes the imbalance and changes in demand structure,which will have an impact on economic growth and development.Therefore,the adjustment of the demand structure and the structural reform of the demand side have always been a very important issue in the economic development of all countries and regions.Northeast China is an important industrial base and grain base,and it is an integral part of the country's overall strategic layout for a long time.In order to promote the continuous development of economy,the northeast region government has been carrying out the structural reform of demand side,but due to the institutional and structural contradictions in the Northeast China is too sharp,so it makes the structural reform of the northeast economic demand side reform has long been hampered,and the effect of reform is not remarkable.With the development of the whole state into the new normal state,while emphasizing the reform of the supply side,rethinking the structural reform of the demand side of Northeast China and summing up experience and lessons from it,and it can provide new ideas and countermeasures for enlarging the total demand.This article is divided into following five parts.The first chapter is introduction.It mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the research situation,the research object and the method of the domestic and foreign related problems and fields.It also makes a brief introduces and summarizes the innovation and the insufficiency of the paper.The second chapter explains the theory of demand side structural reform in detail.The paper discusses the concept of demand side structural reform,demand side factors,such as the structural reform of the demand side;specifically explains the theoretical support of the thesis: Marx's theory of social reproduction,Keynes' s effective demand theory and the idea of Xi Jinping's the reform of supply side is in coordination with the demand side,finally,analyzes the positive effects of structural reform on demand side.This chapter is the theoretical basis for the further development of the following papers.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the structural reform of the northeast economic demand side.First of all,makes a brief review of the evolution process of the economic demand side of Northeast China,since the reform and opening up.Then,summarizes the problems in the process of the structural reform of the northeast economic demand side,such as the whole society is unable to share reform dividends together,the way and policy of macro-control is inappropriate and the supporting system is not defective.Finally,analyze the reasons for the above problems.The fourth chapter is International experience of structural reform of economic demand side in Northeast china.It introduces the relevant practices and experiences of Japan,Germany and the United States and other countries and regions in the earlier period of structural reform of demand side,and obtain the helpful to the structural reform of the northeast economic demand side.The fifth chapter is the suggestions on promoting structural reform of economic demand side in Northeast china.The author believes that changing the concept of economic development,reforming and improving the relevant institutional mechanisms and developing foreign trade actively,as well as strengthening innovation driven,which are the main countermeasures to promote the structural reform of the economic demand side in Northeast china.
