Networked quality management information system is an important part of modern manufacturing system,which helps enterprises to complete the quality management of product life cycle,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the network quality management information system and advanced quality engineering method.This paper studies characteristics and network quality management information system of quality management in modern manufacturing enterprises,put forward requirement analysis,design architecture,interface specification,technical route and implementation scheme of product life cycle quality management information system based on Java Web distributed.It realized the networked quality management of manufacturing enterprise,quality management and control of product life cycle,business information synchronous sharing and establish a sound quality management system within the enterprise.The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:In the first part,it mainly studies the characteristics and existing problems of quality management and regularities of quality formation in modern enterprise,put forward product life cycle quality management model,applies the analysis principle of industrial engineering(ECRS)to comb and optimize the quality management process to determine software function structure.According to the functional framework of the software,it carried the function analysis and non-functional analysis of the software.It defines software design standard and constraints of software after carried the function analysis and non-functional analysis for its function framework.Finally,the principle of quality engineering method of system integration is studied,and the rules for judging the abnormal product quality are expounded.In the second part,it designs software architecture,data acquisition,transmission and processing functions,hardware and software configuration and database through requirement analysis.Quality management information system has good scalability,fault tolerance and high scalability for adopting the three layer architecture design of the access layer,the control layer and the support layer,and the distributed computing mode.The quality data collection is based on the two methods of automatic collection and manual upload,the network topology adopts the centralized structure that internal application LAN,external interaction using the Internet to ensure timely,accurate and complete data transmission.The system integration quality engineering method can realize the function of quality data validation,screening,statistical analysis,storage and display.The software runs in the Windows operating system,and uses the Tomcat server,the Oracle database,the measuring equipment and the printing equipment to form the software running environment.In the third part,the main software design,system simulation and testing.The development of software uses the idea of object-oriented development to abandon the consideration of complex business process and shorten the software development cycle.The front display page uses the latest HTML5 and CSS3 interface design technology and integrated network plug-ins,so that the interface is friendly and has a stronger compatibility.Server applies Java programming language,Spring,SpringMVC and MyBatis integrated open source framework,full annotation development to accelerate the process of software development and improve code reusability.The system run well and realize the enterprise network quality management after the software function simulation.After that,it designs the test cases and use the method of white box and black box to test the system and find out the system vulnerability,and present results in test report.The research has important practical significance that provide network quality management platform and establish quality detection system and macro release system to users,the quality management information in the internal and external high-speed transmission,quality related parties involved in the quality improvement activities to achieve the total quality management of enterprises in the manufacturing industry.
