Research On Industry Choosing And Developing In Border Area

In the past 40 years since the measurement of the reform and opening policy,China's economy has developed at a high speed,but the economic development gap between the central and western inland areas is increasing,especially the border areas and the eastern coastal areas.In this context,the national strategic development focus gradually from the coastal open to the edge,inland,coastal all-round development.This paper takes the Chongzuo City in Guangxi along the border area as an example,uses the methods of comparative analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to study the selection and development path of the open industry in the border area,so as to make some suggestions for the industrial and economic development of the border area.The main contents of this paper are theoretical analysis,current situation analysis,industry selection and development path research.In the theoretical analysis,by taking Guangxi Chongzuo as an example,this paper not only point the choice of the open industry along the border,but also the theoretical basis,the train of thought and the principle of the development path.In the current situation analysis,this paper has made a deep exploration on Chongzuo from its economic development,industrial development and economic openness measurement.Finally,according to the literature review,the corresponding analysis methods of theoretical analysis and analysis of the status of the data,this paper chooses the key industries for Chongzuo.In addition,this paper makes an exploration on the development of the key industries.The main conclusions of this paper are as following:First,Chongzuo should continue to vigorously develop the traditional pillar industries such as sugar industry and manganese industry.Second,Chongzuo should actively cultivate the development of the biomedicine,new energy and other strategic emerging industries.What's more,Chongzuo should develop the sugar and bio-pharmaceutical industry in resource-open and economy-outbound paths.Finally,Chongzuo should develop the manganese and new energy industries in resource-open path.Therefore,the policy recommendations of this paper are:When maintaining the pillar industry advantages,Chongzuo should also change its too single industrial structure and actively cultivate the development of specific strategic emerging industries.In addition,Chongzuo should make full use of its edge open advantages in the industrial development process.By doing this,the open industry along the border area will make a fast and good development.
