Research On Regional Unbalanced Development And Influencing Factors Of Science And Technology Services

With the global economy changing from industry-oriented to service-oriented,the development level of science and technology service industry has become an important criterion to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.The pace of China's economic transformation and building an innovative country is further accelerated,the positive impact of science and technology service industry is becoming more and more obvious,it is of great importance and far-reaching significance to study how to make it develop healthily and rapidly.And its regional unbalanced development model is an effective method and inevitable trend to increase scale efficiency,enhance productivity and expand competitive advantage.On the basis of defining and classifying the connotation of science and technology service industry,carding and studying the theory of regional unbalanced development,describing and comparing the development status of science and technology service industry.the manifestation of uneven development by agglomeration,taking the Science and Technology Service Industry of Liaoning Province as an Example,comprehensive consideration of regional resource input,location factors and policy orientation,using spatial Gini coefficient,industry concentration and location entropy to measure and analyze the degree,characteristics and trends of unbalanced development.In order to clarify the mechanism and influence degree of regional unbalanced development of science and technology service industry.establishment of theoretical econometric model of influencing factors,using multiple linear regression as the method to analyze and obtain the results,in order to seek reasonable and targeted countermeasures and suggestions to promote the regional unbalanced development of science and technology service industry.The results show that the level of development and agglomeration of S&T service industry varies greatly,and the agglomeration phenomenon of some cities is more prominent,which has radiation effect on the surrounding areas,and S&T service industry tends to converge to resource-advantaged areas;Low degree of agglomeration in some regions,the Level of Agglomeration and Development of Science and Technology Services and the Interrelation and Restriction of Regional Resource Elements;Knowledge spillover and manufacturing agglomeration have significant positive effects on regional unbalanced development of science and technology service industry,the level of economic development has a positive impact on it,industrial spillover has obvious negative effect on it,human capital has a significant negative effect on it,the government's behavior and opening up have a weak negative impact on it.Combining with the analysis results,specific countermeasures and suggestions are given:increase investment in science and technology services,improving R&D and transformation capabilities,strengthening the Interaction between Manufacturing Industry and Science and Technology Services,strengthen the Government's Support and Guidance,accelerating the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,further promoting the construction of agglomeration areas.
