A Study On The Optimization Of Customer Network Sharing Business Model Economy

The greatest contribution of the Internet technology to the business world is increasing the efficiency and optimizing the allocation.With the diversification of information channels,the market has emerged more types of business models.Among them,sharing economy is the hottest;its core is optimizing the allocation of resources,which lets every stakeholder in the business ecosystem create values on the common platform with the same goal.Compared with the traditional business model,it is an overthrown innovation.With the economic situation changes,the traditional business model is powerless in the mainstream,and many enterprises with the traditional business model have got a deeper understanding of the shared economy;they transformed one after another and tried to build a shared platform of economy to keep their sustainable development.SheKe network is an old traditional architectural design company and it has tried to develop through transformation.In order to break the industrial bottleneck and seize the political opportunity,the founder of SheKe network initiated his entrepreneurial path by using the technological advantage effectively and catering for the market demand.In the process of operation,a suitable operation method of SheKe network shared business model has finally been found after several economic adjustment and integration,which called " SheKe model”.SheKe network provides the entrepreneurial platform for designers as well as offers shared information to contractors and contract-issuers.It integrates human and information resources,uses technological advantage to solve the problem of data transmission and helps joiners of the platform to get their respective interests.This article presents in a whole-to-specific logic structure through the study of SheKe shared economy model.It makes a carding and summarization of shared economy and theories of business models in literature review method,which states the essence,elements and characteristic of the business model and the definition,characteristic,motivating factors of shared economy as well as the categories of the models.Then it analyses the setting background,current situation of the development and profit model through fieldwork method of investigation.Furtherly,it finds out the shortcomings of the design of the shared economy business model of SheKe network through PEST model and analysis of the business ecosystem and proposes specific suggestions for optimization.
