Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Land Transfer In Ningde

After 1978,the reform of rural land system of China's economy has made tremendous development,but as the level of income and social development overall development,the contradiction between the Chinese has gradually emerged,important issues of distribution,increase the income of the farmers how to reasonably raise land is currently facing.In this historical context,the Central Committee has repeatedly stressed the need to vigorously develop the rural economy and strengthen the construction of small towns,which also makes the land transfer inevitable in the future.Land circulation is a major trend in the future,and it is also an important part of the socialist modernization drive.This paper uses the method of combining theory and empirical,in Shouning County of Ningde city as the main case,analyzes the fundamental problems of China land circulation.The first chapter is the introduction,in this part mainly introduces the background,the purpose and significance of the study,and also researches on the status of the sort;the second chapter is the concept and theoretical part,mainly introduces the relevant concepts of land transfer,land transfer principle,theoretical basis this paper makes a detailed explanation;analysis and research of the third chapter is the present situation,the land transfer in Ningde as the research object,introduces the process of land circulation in the area,and the cause of these problems was analyzed;the fourth chapter is mainly based on the actual situation of the rural Shouning County of Ningde city the transfer of the land as an example,choosing different factors influence variables for analysis to see the local land transfer will,in the process of analysis by Lo The gistic regression model,selection of variables are gender,age,educational level,family per capita arable land area and medical insurance;the fifth chapter,from the law,supporting mechanism,market and government's point of view is put forward to improve the Chinese land circulation situation suggestions are summarized as following:one is to formulate relevant laws and regulations on the transfer of land and improve land circulation is two;and the relevant mechanism perfect;three is to gradually standardize the land circulation market and labor market,play the role of government regulation.This paper argues that the Chinese government has repeatedly stressed the need to vigorously develop the rural economy and strengthen the construction of small towns,which also makes the land transfer inevitable in the future.Under the premise that the economic development of our country presents a new normal condition,the integration of urban and rural areas is the main task of the current economic development of our country.Land circulation is a major trend in the future,and it is also an important part of the socialist modernization drive.It should be noted that rural land circulation is a complex project,the land transfer is a very important task facing our country,so in the implementation of this work,we must combine their own characteristics,follow reasonable procedures,out of a suitable condition of our country's land circulation way.
