With the development of our society,the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the key to a variety of competition gradually from the hard power to the soft power change,talent more and more attention by everyone as an important factor in soft power.Enterprises in order to compete in the fierce competitive position,We must pay attention to the possession of knowledge resources,pay attention to the selection,education,use,stay of talent.Can be abstract knowledge into the competitiveness of enterprises that is knowledge-based employees.If the competition can be transformed into knowledge competition,talent competition,then the knowledge workers are the core of competition.And now,the arrival of 90 knowledge employees making them the core of competition.This paper focuses on the relationship between organizational commitment and task performance of 90 knowledge workers,explores the regulatory role of core self-evaluation,and compare the results of 90 knowledge workers with the results of the 80 knowledge workers in order to find some differences between the two after 90 and 80.In this study,393 valid questionnaires were obtained,of which 90 questionnaires were 271 and 80 questionnaires were 122.Analyzed the collected data with SPSS20.0 including the descriptive statistical analysis,the reliability and validity test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and regulatory test.And finally come to the conclusion: there is a significant positive correlation between emotional commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment and task performance,there is a significant negative correlation between economic commitment,opportunity commitment and task performance,core self-evaluation plays a regulatory role in the relationship between economic commitment and opportunity commitment and task performance,and there are differences between 90 knowledge workers and 80 knowledge workers the relationship between some dimensions of the organizational commitment and task performance.Finally,provided relevant advice for the enterprise management based on the current situation and the conclusions of this study.
