Science-technology talents are the representative of knowledge and technology.They are also the best intermediary bridge of transforming the technology into productive forces and economic benefits." The Thirteen Five" national science and technology innovation plan proposed that China must continue to cultivate a number of well-structured,high-quality science-technology talents in the next few years,and continuously improve the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to economic growth.In recent years,more and more researches have shown that engagement is related to individual performance and organizational benefits.So the level of Science-technology talents' engagement directly determines the technological content of China's economic growth.And the individual's professional behavior will be affected by the personal and work characteristics,so it's more effective to study the level of engagement from the perspective of individual and work interaction.This paper takes the Science-technology talents who are in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei as the research object.On the basis of combing the relevant literature,to investigate the distribution of Science-technology talents,Person-Job fit,the status of engagement by questionnaire and Statistical analysis,and to analysis the different impacts of background variables on Science-technology talents' Person-Job fit and the degree of engagement,and to study the relationship between the variables by thoroughly empirical research.Through the above research,I hope to enrich the relevant theoretical research on Person-Job fit and engagement,simultaneously attracting scholars to highly concerned about Science-technology talents.The results of this study show that Science-technology talents' D-A fit are higher than general staffs,but S-V fit are lower than them.And the nature of the unit has a significant impact on the vitality of Science-technology talents,the Sciencetechnology talents who are in enterprises and universities are more energetic than the talents who are in research institutes,government agencies and other units.SC-J fit and S-V fit have a significant positive effect on engagement,but this is not suitable for D-A fit.Finally,this study propose some enlightenments from the angles of talent training program,organization,talent incentive mechanism,management style according to the main conclusions of empirical research.From the research content of this article,both the subjects and the perspectives are innovative.
