The Effect Research Of Rural Labor Transfer In Shaanxi On Transformation Of Urban And Rural Dual Economic Structure

Shaanxi Province has a typical urban and rural dual economic structure characteristics,also its urbanization and economic development level is lagging behind the eastern developed provinces and cities.As a key province of western development,Shaanxi Province is facing the problem of slow development of agriculture and non-agricultural structure.The effective transfer of rural surplus labor force is the key factor affecting the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure.Not only the transfer of rural surplus labor force from agricultural sector to non-agricultural sector can improve the income of rural residents and the agricultural productivity,promote the modernization of agriculture.But also for the development of urban non-agricultural sector to provide labor resources to speed up the process of industrialization and urbanization,and further promote the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure.County economy is the organic combination of urban economy and rural economy,also vigorously develop the county economy is useful to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and has great significance to promote the integration of urban and rural development.This paper analyzes the status quo of the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the present situation of urban and rural dual economic structure from the level and county level of Shaanxi Province,and makes a empirical analysis on the impact of the transfer of rural surplus labor force on the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure in Shaanxi Province,Which will not only help to reveal the theoretical relationship between the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure,but also help to promote the effective transfer of labor force from the practical level and to accelerate the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure and to promote the integration of urban and rural economy.This paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars' literature on the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure,and analyzes the current research situation and the research insufficiency of the existing research in the academic field,and clarifies that this paper will analyze Shaanxi Province from the perspective of county The Transfer of Rural Surplus Labor and the Transformation of Urban and Rural Dual Economic Structure.Based on the statistical analysis of the status quo of rural surplus labor force and the urban and rural dual economic structure in Shaanxi Province and its counties,the development status of Shaanxi Province and its counties is understood.By analyzing the mechanism and path of the transformation of rural surplus labor force affecting the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure,we provides theoretical support for the empirical analysis of this paper.On the basis of the previous studies,this paper chooses the rural surplus labor force transfer ratio as a measure of the transfer of rural surplus labor force,and chooses the income of urban and rural residents,the comparative labor productivity of agriculture,the proportion of non-agricultural GDP and the binary contrast coefficient Economic model,this paper analyzes the causal relationship between the transfer of rural surplus labor force and the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure by constructing the VAR model and using the Granger causality test method.The results show that the effective transfer of rural surplus labor force has a significant effect on narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas,increasing the proportion of GDP in non-agricultural industry and narrowing the binary contrast coefficient,but has a weak impact on agricultural labor productivity.On the whole,the non-agricultural transfer of rural surplus labor can promote the transformation of urban and rural dual economic structure.
