Research On Agricultural Land Transfer Obstacles Based On Natural Risk And Agricultural Insurance Supply And Demand Perspective

Agricultural scale management and intensive use of agricultural land is the most important way to achieve agricultural modernization,and farmland transfer is to achieve large-scale operation and intensive use of the inevitable choice.Farmland circulation is of great significance to increase farmers' income,improve agricultural efficiency and prevent agricultural land abandonment.With the expansion of agricultural land circulation,the increase of investment in science and technology,capital and other factors,the risk of agricultural land circulation is also increasing.The occurrence of agricultural natural disasters causes the loss of property of farmers,which seriously affects the farmers' Enthusiasm.At present,agricultural insurance has high transaction costs,low level of protection,narrow product coverage and slow update,market supply and demand problems,which directly lead to agricultural insurance can not fully play its actual effect.Based on the theory of natural disaster system,the theory of agricultural risk management and the theory of farmland circulation,this paper expounds the significance of agricultural risk management under the background of farmland circulation,and establishes the research goal and research framework according to the previous research results.This paper takes Rizhao as an example,and analyzes the current situation of agricultural natural disasters,the current situation of agricultural insurance and the trend of farmland distribution in Rizhao,and analyzes the positive and risk effects of farmland circulation in Rizhao City.Based on the data obtained from the field visit and the questionnaire,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the agricultural natural risk and the shortage of agricultural insurance supply and demand is carried out.Finally,according to the analysis results of this paper,the countermeasures to prevent agricultural risks,promote the development of agricultural insurance and promote the circulation of agricultural land are put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the total number of family labor,the proportion of total income in the household income,whether the farmers understand the relevant policies,whether the agricultural natural disasters are frequent and serious,whether the farmers purchase agricultural insurance is a significant factor affecting the agricultural land circulation;(2)Farmers who operate large-scale farmers,farmers who operate economic crops,and farmers who carry out industrializedoperations have a greater demand for agricultural insurance.As a high incidence area for agricultural natural disasters,the scale of agricultural land management is in urgent need of sound agricultural insurance system Its interests to protect;(3)the scale of the main business relative to the general risk management of farmers strong sense of other farmers to buy agricultural insurance has played a certain role;(4)Agricultural insurance as an important tool for the management of agricultural natural risk in the main body of agricultural land circulation,the shortage of supply and demand situation has hindered the scale operation of agricultural land.
