Nutrition is the process of human survival and reproduction,the body constantly from the outside intake of various food,through the body's digestion,absorption and metabolism,in order to maintain the body's growth,development and a variety of physiological functions of this continuous dynamic process.From the external environment of food intake is human instinct,but also the first needs of human life.This paper analyzes food security issues on the basis of research on food supply and demand.Food as the most important food and the most important basic products,the national economic security plays an irreplaceable role.From 2004 to 2017,the central document for 14 years focused on three rural issues.In the February 2001 document,we pointed out:"We will continue to strengthen grain production capacity and further improve and implement the responsibility system of grain governors,strengthen the policy of grain production and the main producing counties,and protect the grain and grain Affordable,there is development."2016 Central No.1 document once again proposed:" reform and improve the grain and other important agricultural product price formation mechanism and purchasing and storage system." 2017 to further promote the reform of agricultural supply side;"proposed to ensure that the national food security on the basis of closely around the changes in market demand,increase farmers' income and adjust the grain and grain feeding structure for a large population,the food supply problem And the food problem is particularly important.China in the direction of building a moderately prosperous society,the rapid development of the land resources,water resources,large population,environmental pollution and other issues,food problems will be more prominent in this context,The balance between food supply and demand is particularly important.Nowadays,people pay more attention to the reasonable mix of nutrition and diet,so it is more important to analyze the supply and demand of food in China from the angle of heat value.This paper analyzes the average daily calorific value of the individual from the perspective of supply demand and compares the caloric value of the food,animal products,aquatic products and oils and fats needed for the average daily of the individual because the calories of vegetables and fruits are lower,So we calculate the main heat is provided for the body.And in calculating the heat provided on the basis of the domestic,we also calculated the heat of imports.And finally concluded that the heat needed by our country's current population is from the structure of rations based on rations to rations,livestock products,eggs,milk products to provide the structure of the transition,in accordance with the average daily needs of the calorie on the basis of China's current domestic production to provide the heat with the production of imported heat or the lack of part of the heat,the situation is not optimistic.By the calculation,China's current food self-sufficiency rate of 86%,dependent on imports for 14%,nearly 10 years,China's total calorie production growth rate of 24.57%,but China's net imports increased significantly higher than China's production growth rate,net import growth The rate of nearly 10 years for 74.12%.In this paper,the problems from the perspective of heat and the natural environment and policy aspects of a comprehensive analysis,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
