| Based on the limitations of the existing technical procedures,there are some problems of inefficient use in the construction land within the built-up area.Due to the fact that the potential is not determined,it can be used to disperse,and the policy is allowed to change dynamically.Of the practical problems,so this study put forward both the construction land of the scalability and improve the use of internal efficiency of the comprehensive evaluation of ideas.At the same time,the technical shortage of construction land in Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone is relatively large,the available land is small,the land area is small,and it is difficult to meet the industrial scale development and layout requirements.Therefore,this paper,combined with the specific needs of the "13th Five-Year Plan" of Huayuankou Economy and the revision of the overall planning of land use,is based on the geographic information system(GIS)technology.In this study,Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone was selected as the research object,and the potential of urban construction land was measured with remote sensing image.First of all,based on urban planning,land planning standards and remote sensing,watershed analysis of key technologies to determine the boundaries of the three spaces.Based on the geographic information system(GIS),the data of land use status in 2015 were revised on the basis of the second national land survey data,which provided data support for potential calculation.Secondly,combined with the evaluation model of urban construction land,the maximum potential value is 1820.14 hectares,the most likely condition potential value is 1483.54 hectares,and the minimum conditional potential value is 1041.52 hectares.The use of measures to increase or decrease the hook,the external area potential replacement to the adjacent extension area,to achieve the area of arable land replacement,to achieve the external regional potential dynamic balance purposes.Expand the area adjacent to calculate the maximum potential value of 5109.8 hectares condition,the condition most likely potential value of 2759.28 hectares,the minimum conditions for the potential value of 2039.22 hectares.Once again,the potential of the internal area and the adjacent extension area is obtained.The total potential of the Huayuankou Economic Zone in Dalian is 6929.94 hectares,the most likely condition is 4242.82 hectares,and the minimum conditional potential is 3080.74 hectares.Finally,for different space,functional areas put forward the potential measures.Through the evaluation of the model,the possible innovations include three aspects:theoretical innovation,practical innovation and technological innovation.Theoretical innovation refers to the basic idea and research route of mining potential of urban area construction land,and provides reference for the potential mining of urban construction land in coastal development zone.The practical innovation refers to the quantitative analysis of the potential of the construction land use in Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone,which can not only be used as the basis for the overall planning of land use,the overall planning of the city and the layout of the industry,but also as a new round of land planning support;Technical innovation refers to the geographic information system,combined with ArcGIS,Mapinfo,GlobalMap software for remote sensing image analysis,watershed analysis,topographic analysis,obtained regional boundary and land use classification data,for the research process to provide data support and technical analysis,GIS a number of analytical techniques can be generalized to the general application,to study similar problems. |
