Research On Sustainability Evaluation Model Of Metro Projects Based On Stakeholder Satisfaction

With the rapid development of metro project construction,serious sustainability problems have arisen.As a scientific test and improvement tool for the sustainability of metro projects,sustainability evaluation model has successfully attracted the attention of scholars.Stakeholders are the principal implementation part of sustainable construction activities in metro project.Taking the stakeholders as valuator can effectively solve the problem of insufficient differentiation research for valuators' demand in sustainability evaluation model at present.There are literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire investigation,statistical analysis and other methods used in the research.Firstly,11 metro project stakeholders were identified.And the importance differences among different stakeholders were analyzed by the use of characteristic dimension including “initiative,influence,and profitability” and time dimension including different stages in whole life cycle.According to the results of empirical analysis,the metro project stakeholders were divided into three categories.They are definitive stakeholders,expected stakeholders,and potential stakeholders.And then,sustainability influencing factor system of metro projects including 15 influencing factors from economic,environmental,social and technology aspects were identified.The concern of different stakeholder categories on metro project sustainability influencing factors and the differences between every two stakeholder categories were analyzed.Results shows that different stakeholders have different types and levels of sustainability need in metro projects.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation model for metro project sustainability was established from the perspective of stakeholder satisfaction.In this evaluation model,valuators are stakeholders of three categories.The evaluation criteria is sustainability influencing factor system of metro projects.The expert weight are calculated through the stakeholders' importance index in empirical analysis.The index weight are the entropy weight of influence factors.And the feasibility of this evaluation model is verified by the example.The stakeholder theory is introduced into the study of metro project sustainability evaluation.The differences of sustainability need for different metro project stakeholders are analyzed from the perspective of stakeholder satisfaction.And a practical and operational sustainability evaluation model was built to promote the sustainable development of metro project.
