Research On Energy Information Acquisition And Control System Of Key Energy Using Units In Hainan Province

It is an important basic project for the energy management of Hainan province to build an energy automatic data acquisition and management control system for key energy-using units.The functions of the system include automatic acquisition,real-time transmission,management and early warning for electricity,gas,oil,heat,raw coal energy consumption data of key energy-using units,which will be beneficial to master and control energy consumption situation of these units comprehensively,timely and accurately.In this paper,the requirements of energy supervisory departments and key energy-using units in energy consumption data acquisition and control were confirmed based on the contrastive analysis of energy consumption data acquisition and monitoring system in the domestic and overseas and the main problems of energy consumption data management in Hainan Province at present.On the basis,the functional requirements,overall design schemes and construction schemes of this system were presented,which mainly includes the logistic framework,system composition,function requirement and construction method,etc.In the end,some safeguard measures of system construction were proposed to guarantee the stability of the system function and efficiency;for example,construction of management mechanism,training of staff,preparation of standard specification,operation maintenance of system and so on.In addition to the structure composition and functional requirements of energy consumption data acquisition and control system,hardware devices and their performance requirements for system building were also listed in this paper,which will be used to guide energy-saving regulatory units of Hainan province build the system.Recently,we plan to carry out energy consumption data acquisition and control for the 45 key controlled energy-using units in the province.In the future,we will try to monitor and control the energy consumption data of controlled energy-using units in industry,construction,transportation,public institutions and the field of consumption and implement the lean management and advance management.
