Along with the constant improvement of China's economic system,especially deepening of the competition for resources and configuration of globalization,as the most active and important factor in the modern enterprise system,human resources have increasingly gained the attention of business managers.How to create a set of scientific,rational and effective incentives,mostly improve the staff's enthusiasm and creativity,has become a key stage of China's enterprises to improve their core competition and to maintain the good momentum of development.In the theoretical basis of Porter-Lawler comprehensive incentive model,we try to explore the present and future of JP company incentives Reform in this thesis.Choosing this corporate has two reasons,one is I can get first-hand materials,the other is this enterprise is meeting the situation that a lot of sales chose to switch their jobs within one year.I believe that the case studies help to identify some common representative problems in such incentive mechanisms,adopted methods of interviews and questionnaires,the thesis analyzed the present situation of JP incentive system,and explored the deep-seated reasons of causing these problems.This article has five chapters: Chapter 1 is an introduction part,first proposed the background of the research,the objectives and the research methods;Secondly,reviewed the correlated home and abroad incentive theory,on this basis,led to the theoretical model.Chapter 2,which is the theoretical basis of the paper,focused on analyzing the Porter-Lawler Model,and evaluated the related variables in the model.Chapter 3,this part focused on analyzing the present situation of incentives Reform in JP in Chapter 4,I explored the main problems of incentive in the JP through the questionnaire and interviews.Chapter 5 is about recommendations and inspiration.According to the Porter-Lawler Model,I try to find the feasible recommendations to improve JP incentive system.Chapter 6 summarized the conclusions of the study of the papers and proposed future research directions.From this paper,we get a conclusion that JP have to reform its incentive mechanism in Compensation & Benefit,performance examination,training system,and promotion system so that they can meet employ's development requirements to inspire their working passion which can help JP to achieve its strategic target.
