Research Of Effects Of The Signing Of China-korea Fta On China's Agricultural Exports To Korea

With the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration today,the bilateral free trade agreement is attracting more and more countries' attention due to its small scope of cooperation,easier negotiation and implementation.Asian financial crisis in 1998 and the global economic crisis in 2008 have made countries pay more attention to inter-regional cooperation.In recent years,China has signed many bilateral free trade agreements with other countries,and has fully enjoyed the benefits of trade facilitation.South Korea and China are near with each other geographically and have similar culture and customs which lay the foundation for the signing of the China-Korea FTA.China-Korea FTA was launched to be negotiated in May in 2012 and was finally signed on June 1 in 2015 through countless times of communication and discussion.The agricultural sector as both important and sensitive industries,became the focus of the whole negotiation process.In agricultural trade among China and South Korea,the Korean agricultural products are in a relatively weak position.Therefore,South Korea has been taking strict protection policy.South Korea is China's important trading partner and important agricultural export market,so the signed China-Korea FTA may have a great impact on Chinese agricultural exports to South Korea.So its qualitative and quantitative analysis becomes very necessary.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction and the first part of it describes the research background and significance in detail;The second part reviews the relevant literatures from three different perspectives;The final part objectively analysis the possible innovation and deficiencies of the article.The second chapter describes the theoretical basis associated with the China-Korea FTA,including the theory of regional economic integration,free trade theory and the theory of trade protection;And it describe the static effects and long-term dynamic effects brought by the customs union.The third chapter introduces the total exports and export structures of China's agricultural exports to Korea from two aspects;Secondly,it analysis the existing problems,including the Chinese side and the South Korea side.The fourth chapter theoretically explains the positive impacts and the negative impacts on China's agricultural trade to Korea brought by the China-Korea FTA.Based by Chapter IV,Chapter V uses empirical proof proofs the positive and negative impacts on the Chinese exports to Korea brought by the tariff reduction and the improvement of technical barriers in the China-Korea FTA.In order to maximize the enjoyment of the trade benefits brought by the China-Korea FTA and promote China's agricultural exports to Korea,the last chapter gives some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the national level,industry level,and enterprise level in order to restrain the negative effects to the limit.
