Research On The Efficiency Of Science And Technology Innovation Based On Strategy Selection

Technological innovation plays a very important role in the social development process,and represents a country or region's technological innovation capability and competitiveness.Improving science efficiency helps to upgrade regional and national capacity for technological innovation,as well as comprehensive competitiveness.In recent years,the Central Government and local governments have spent massive manpower,physical resource and financial resource to the technical innovation research to a great improvement.However,the number of patents per thousand people,science and technology innovation of scientific research personnel's efficiency and overall capacity have a large gap between developed countries and regions.This paper is based on 2000-2013 of scientific and technological innovation efficiency,based on system science method,and constructs a framework based on the study of the relationship between strategic choice and innovation efficiency.From the relationship between science innovation efficiency and the spatial distribution condition,the profession distribution condition,the discipline distribution condition,the channel distribution condition,the structure distribution condition to analyze relationship between the technological innovation efficiency and technological innovation strategy.Hope that science and technology resource allocation mechanism,reform of science and technology and the science and technology innovation efficiency of studies and Government and relevant departments to develop and adjust the technical innovation efficiency in providing data support and reference,the path to optimizing the efficiency of technology innovation and the reform of science and technology.At the same time,this paper analyzing the technical innovation efficiency difference reason is based on technology innovation efficiency and the strategy choice.In order to study scientific and technological innovation efficiency,particularly for the study of factors affecting the efficiency of technological innovation provides a new perspective and ideas.This paper's empirical study found out:Technical innovation efficiency and investment spatial distribution choice existence inverse correlation relations;There is a positive correlation between the efficiency of science and technology innovation and the spatial distribution of output;The technical innovation efficiency and the profession distribution choice has the correlation dependence;Technical innovation efficiency and discipline distribution choice existence inverse correlation relations.Efficiency of technological innovation and development expenditure in universities have a negative correlation.The technical innovation efficiency and the enterprise research development funds have a correlation dependence;There is a negative correlation between the efficiency of science innovation and development expenditure in application research;There is a positive correlation between the efficiency of science innovation and experimental expenditure in application research.
