In the 21st century,along with international competition become more and more intense more and more company rely on innovation to enhance the comprehensive national strength and core competitive power,take the path of innovative country become a common choice in many countries in the world.Put forward the eighteenth congress "for China to adapt to the new changes in the economic situation at home and abroad,speed up the formation of new way of economic development,to promote the development of a foothold to improve the quality and efficiency,strengthen innovation driven development momentum,to adhere to the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics,planning and promote innovation,with a global perspective to improve the original innovation,integrated innovation and the introduction of digestion,absorption and innovation ability,pay more attention to the collaborative innovation." Especially in 2014 countries officially to deploy national enterprise innovation survey and comprehensive blew the Chinese enterprise innovation driven into the horn of the quality,and the efficiency.So "innovation drive to quality efficiency" has become the most fashionable in the field of our country social economy today,one of the hottest research topics.This paper aims to N area industrial enterprises above designated size series of innovation quality,and the efficiency of related research,hold leading enterprises above designated size N area,find out an effective way for the development of the enterprises above designated size N area,to further improve under the new normal N area laying a foundation for new economic growth point.This article first to study the N area the performance of industrial enterprises above designated size among three times economic census,through the unit number,the number of practitioners,and financial cost analysis,and comparison with the enterprises above designated size,and the historical period of contrast and comparison with other areas,as well as science and technology,human,capital and other factors analysis,it is concluded that the new normal enterprise development under the new features and new difficulties.Then analysis the industrial enterprises above designated size N area of input and output of innovation basic situation,such as N the overview area some characteristics and problems of enterprise innovation.Thus further analysis in chapter 4 that N area industrial enterprises above designated size innovation driven efficiency thought SWOT analysis,it is concluded that the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and could face a threat of N area's efficiency of enterprise innovation driven.Finally,through the measurement model,this paper also constructed the N the production function,calculated the N area's total factor productivity,through further validated mathematical model N area enterprise innovation quality,and the synergistic effect,explores the enterprise innovation in the new period to drive the development path of the mass transfer efficiency.In this paper,we study mainly made the following conclusions:first,industrial enterprises above designated size is very important in N area,and the average size of enterprises with foreign investment from Hong Kong Macao and Taiwan more than domestic enterprises.Second,the development of emerging industries,innovation is stronger,but the traditional industry is relatively backward,also does not have a good driven efficiency,large enterprises institutions of science and technology,personnel,and R&D activities in total than medium-sized enterprises.Also,the enterprise technology innovation investment increasing,private enterprises in the main body status,technical innovation and technical achievements in their application,industrial agglomeration has become an important power N in the process of economic development.But the overall support of the third industry development is not strong,internal structure is not reasonable.Traditional industrial agglomeration continuously consolidate and emerging industry agglomeration rapidly expand,but concentration level is still at the initial stage.Enterprise innovation drive quality efficiency also has some potential,such as:the basic unit and total benefit growth significantly,but the firm's ability to resist risk is low.Finally,an econometric model validation,production function and the estimation of total factor productivity:according to the results of the econometric model to estimate total factor productivity contribution rate is as high as 79%.Visible,N regions in the use of scientific and technological innovation and technological progress to promote economic development.Once again confirm the innovation driven lift quality,and the efficiency is an effective path of scientific development.
