China's economy enters the "China's New Normal" after expanding for 30 years with10% annual growth rate.The “Supply-side reform” will adjust in three sides,including:economic structure,driving mode,economic growth style.For the traditional power industry,it also meet the new development situation and challenge.The 13 th Five-Year Plan releases some new policies,such as speed up the power industry liberalization,restrict thermal power,vigorously develop new energy sources,develop and enhance environmental protection industry,strict environmental law enforcement.Under this condition,many traditional industries,especially for those which supply services for thermal power plants will undergo a very difficult period: market downturn,rising costs,no core technology.The data from Oriental Fortune Choice shows: for the listed companies related machinery and equipment,the operating income and profits were-1.56% and-24.1% decline on year-on-year basis in the first three quarters of 2016.According to the research institutions of China's 400 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises survey,the enterprise which have strategies or development plan account for 2% of all.Except for the impact of the economic environment,the lack of strategic planning and low level of strategic management are the important reasons.In this paper,a new state-owned three-listed high-tech enterprise "Yantai LP" is selected as the research object.After carrying an intensive study on the company's development,strategic management and the growth trends,we propose a set of realistic plan for “Yantai LP” in strategic management.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment,industry environment and internal environment of Yantai LP Company,and puts forward the strategic management solution for Yantai LP Company in the aspects of enterprise mission,development goal and development strategy.Through the research and implementation of the development strategy of Yantai LP Company,it not only promoted the development of Yantai LP Company's enterprise andimproved the strategic management level of the enterprise,but also enriched the application of strategic management research on listed companies of state-controlled GEM.Moreover,the research also provides reference and reference for the strategic management of the same type of enterprise.
