A Study On Problems Of The Mineral Resource Management Of Jilin Province

Facing the dependence and demand of the mineral resources of the economic and social development;facing the non-renewable and scarcity and other characteristics of the mineral resources,human society must exploit and utilize the mineral resources legitimately and control it scientifically to keep the balance of the economic,social and environmental benefits of the mineral resources.This paper aims to study in Jilin Province mineral resource management and problems in order to provide reference for the study of the theory and practice of management of mineral resources in Jilin Province.The study of the status and problems of the mineral resources management can better locate the advantages and disadvantages of mineral resources in our province and the future management priorities,and thus rational planning and development and utilization of the province's mineral resources to enhance the economic protection of its resources effect.Through the research,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of mineral resources management in Jilin province which is the mineral resources management should try to make change of the management concept as the starting point to the scientific control of mineral resources as the goal,pay attention to personnel training,strengthen the management system,mechanism,system innovation;focus on the development and utilization of Jilin Province,the advantages of mineral resources to extend the industrial chain;strengthen the macro-control,do a good job of mineral resources protection and reserve work.At the same time,foster risk exploration capital market,accelerate the exploration of mineral resources,in order to protect the mineral resources to better serve the province's economic and social development needs.
