| Currently,with China's economic structure is constantly adjusted,regional creative ability is the key factor to improve regional innovation capability.Beijing Tianjin Hebei circle is located in Bohai zone bit.It is the economic center of northern China,and it is the region of our country's capital.Its geographical location,cultural background,openness and so on have a unique advantage,so it has great potential for development.But Beijing Tianjin Hebei circle's regional innovation capacity has no obvious advantages relative to the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta and other important economic circles.Therefore,establish a scientific evaluation system,dynamic and objective evaluation of the regional innovation ability of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It is great significance for the development of regional economic development policies to adapt to the characteristics of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei economic circle,and to accelebrate the integration process of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Firstly,this paper expounds and analyzes the theory of regional innovation ability,around the structure of regional innovation ability and its main elements to provide a theoretical basis for the estabishment of the evaluation model of regional innovation capability.Secondly,construct the evaluated system of regional innovation capability in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province,according to the index of the system and its related indicators in the national rankings,to understand the level of regional innovation capability in Beijing,Tianjin and the national level.Thirdly,construct the evalution indexed system of regional innovation capability.According to this system,the spss software is used to analyze.Using principal component analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the regional innovation capability to Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province and analysis comparatively.Obtain the change of the year of 2011-2014 regional innovation capability in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and analysis.Compare each aspects of the regional innovation ability.Compare regional innovation capability of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,including five aspects: knowledge creation,knowledge flow,enterprise knowlege application,knowledge innovation and innovative economic performance to discuss the main problems of regional innovation capability in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei economic circle.Finally,according to the problems of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei's regional innovation capacity,the paper puts forward concrete suggestions and policies. |
