The Research Of Information System Project Schedule Control In Bank Of Beijing

As the world's financial market has become global,the competition of the market has become more and more fiercely.The domestic commercial banks,not only implement the environmental strategy,but also improve the competitive advantage of the company,to utilize project management becomes essential.Meanwhile the project schedule management is an important part of project management knowledge system.In order to ensure that the prescribed period of time would be delayed,complete tasks assigned in the project of the management under certain resource configuration.According to the feature of the banking information system,the project group has to finish the task scheduled plan in the project life cycle,adjust the priority of project activities dynamically,then launch the programme on time.According to the basic theory of the project schedule management,combining with bank of Beijing's information system project implementation process,this paper analyses the project schedule and project schedule control comprehensively.After reading a large number of relevant literature,firstly the paper illustrates the theory of software life cycle,project progress control.At the same time,it introduces the concept of project milestones and makes a theoretical foundation.Then,this paper introduces typical information system project overview,analyzes the project planning process,the reasons of errors occurring in the project schedule.And the project schedule,resource,cost factors such as the analysis progress deviation rectification measures.combing with the project characteristics of the bank of Beijing,this paper puts forward the concept of "quantitative deviation standards,setting milestones" by the theory of mathematical,quantitative standard deviation related indicators.Finally,this paper sets a milestone the feasibility and reliability,it provides the effective method for the future project schedule estimate.
