H Boiler Company Internal Training Research

With the advent of knowledge economic era,enterprise training is vital in promoting business management,innovation and employee growth.Meanwhile,it also presents significant challenge to enterprise training and management.In this paper,a well-known domestic H Boiler Company is studied.Case analysis and research design are conducted on enterprise training system with many research methods,such as interview survey,comparative study,model analysis,etc.This paper detailedly introduces the basic situation of the company's training and management system and analyzes its existing problems.On the basis of this,it systematically puts forward fundamental principles,methods and management process for designing and constructing the internal training management system in combination with the actual situation of the company.This paper can be divided into five parts: The introduction mainly deals with the research background,the object and significance and the present training situation at home and abroad.The first chapter elaborates the connotation of the enterprise internal training and its related basic theories.The second chapter gives a introduction of H Boiler Company and its current situation of the enterprise internal training.By exploring the needs of the company's internal training,the third chapter puts forward some problems in former internal training model and gives an analysis of the causes.The forth chapter is the core part.It works out a practical and feasible internal training plan for staff.Besides,the internal training management process for staff and some guarantee measures are created as well.This paper also innovatively regulates and designs the management process which is the major aspect of the company's internal training management system.It provides a positive reference for domestic companies including H Boiler Company to design,construct,standardize and improve internal training management system.By doing this,the training effect will achieve remarkable results,making enterprise continue to grow and develop.
