The development and construction of city in China have basic characteristics with scarce land resources,population density,traffic pressure and other.Urban complex can be fully effective use of scarce land resources.It can provide the relative quality of the living environment under the premise of the three-dimensional construction structure in higher volume rate,and can achieve energy and share in the smaller displacement meet the various needs of people in daily life to reduce carbon emissions.It is of great significance and broad prospects for the development of urban complex projects in China.At present,the urban complex being in construction has four times the area of the urben complex being in use,the planning urben complex has four times the area of the urben complex being in construction.Under the background of the rapid expansion of,because of urban complex projects compared to the general real estate development projects,with development huge volume,huge capital demand,product development diversity and reduced development set,the complexity of the project development is much higher than that of the single building project,financing risks faced by the project development with complexity and high loss,and once the failure of development will lead to great waste of region of city resources.Therefore,the study of urban complex project finance risk management is to reduce urban complex project risk,protection and utilization of the scarce resources of the city has a important significance.The second chapter of this paper mainly introduces the concept of urban complex and financing risk management.In Chapter 3,from the business objectives of the urben complex project as a starting point,through the urben complex project financing risk management goal setting and financing risk identification link,to a urben complex project planning as an example,the study found that the urben complex project financing risk of multiple risk sources and risk reasons,and raise the question.In the fourth chapter,the risk analysis and risk assessment of the financing risk of urban complex project are carried out,and the problems are analyzed in detail.Chapter 5 is about how to reduce the urben complex project financing risk given the risk response strategy and specific measures,which proposed use risk using the lower urben complex project financing risk in a particular risk event is a way of innovation,although the results need to be verified,but can play a valuable.Urben complex project financing risk management remains to be in China in the process of city development,theory combined with the practice of continuously explore,and constantly improve,in order for enterprises and city development and construction in China to provide the necessary information and assistance.
