With the explosive development of Internet technology,E-commerce has been developing enormously in China.E-commerce transaction has been rapidly increasing at a rate of 2 to 3 times as much as that of GDP(7%-9%)each year.The scale of the E-commerce market keeps on expanding and the online consumer groups are growing rapidly.The e-commerce has penetrated itself in all fields of national economy like manufacturing,retail,service and financial industry in various ways and get deeply involved in it,which has become one of the most important economy and circulation styles.With the rapid growth of E-commerce,the logistics industry has also been developed considerably,which makes it possible for both industries to make a mutual promotion.Logistics is the only part of E-commerce that cannot be served online.E-commerce has developed fast over the past 10 years,which requires a suitable logistic service where the warehousing service is of vital importance.The competitions in E-commerce field will eventually turn into the competitions in logistics services.The one who can offer better logistic services shall win more customers.Warehousing is an important part of logistics chain,and it is a key point of logistics operation.Warehousing and logistics distribution is the driving force to promote the rapid development of E-commerce enterprises and the development and optimization of warehousing logistics can save enterprises resources to their core businesses.Now the E-commerce has entered into a rapid development period,which has raised a higher requirement for the warehousing management of the enterprise.Seen from the whole country,the development of warehousing cannot meet the demand of logistics industry,which has seriously affected the development of E-commerce enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the concept of electronic commerce,logistics and warehousing management and makes a complete analysis on all aspects of warehouse management to find out the problems on the warehouse layout,operation process,information system construction,security,human resource and other issues which are most representative in the warehousing management of E-commerce.Concerning above problems,this paper has put forward a series of optimization on warehouse layout,operation process,information system construction,security,human resource based on the modern theories and techniques of logistics and warehouse management.For the warehouse layout,this paper suggests to make rearrangement to the storage rack,set the main channel of goods sorting,re-profiling the warehouse operation paths to minimize the delivering time.For the operation process,this paper suggests to raise the operating efficiency and accuracy by optimizing the low consumption goods process,randomly receiving goods process,shelf storage process,random delivery process,allocation difference process,bar code printing-goods in store management process and back-to-factory process.For the information system,this paper suggests to introduce the information system into the whole warehouse and to realize the automation of the operation by optimize the algorithmic logic.For the loss prevention process,this papers suggests to introduce RFID system and work it with information system of the warehouse to realize batched and automatic delivery or inventory,and also to realize the operation efficiency and accuracy with the help of auto alarming system for carrying out goods secretly.For the human resources arrangement,the paper suggests to reduce unnecessary personnel to save profit and at the same time bring in professional E-commerce outsourcing to deal with all kinds of sale promotion to ensure operational efficiency.
