This article mentioned FJC is a joint venture of large automobile manufacturing enterprise by First Automobile Works in China and Johnson Controls company in America.This company needs a proficient in the operation and management team to deal with the auto market downturn adverse conditions,keep the competitive advantage in the industry.The company's top priority,therefore,except to absorb to recruit excellent talents,on the other hand also to strengthen the training of existing staff and management.Therefore,this article mainly want to through the research and analysis of FJC on the managerial staff training programs,redesign the training program for the managerial staff of this company,expect the new program can improve the training effect of management personnel in FJC,and smoothly implement under the effective protection measures.In this paper,each process of managerial staff training plan of FJC is analyzed,and the author found out the problems exposed in managerial staff training programs,and has made the analysis of its causes.After analysis the root cause,the author found that,no matter from a macro perspective or from the micro perspective,it is necessary to redesign the existing training programs,establish and executable implementation measures in detail,and the training of the optimized scheme for evaluation.The problems existing in the training of FJC are as follows: 1.Managerial staff training demand analysis does not in conformity with the actual demand of employees.2.Managerial staff training programs are not enough.3.The enthusiasm of managerial staff to participate in training is low.4.Managerial staff training effect evaluation and feedback mechanism is not sound.4.Internal trainers are not enough.Through detailed analysis we found that the causes of these problems are varied: Firstly,the top didn't set up a sound training strategy;Secondly,there were not enough emphasis on the training of managerial staff;The last,managerial staff enthusiasm for the work of training is low.Based on the existing problems after analyzing the root cause and formulate measures to suit the remedy to the case.By measuring the FJC's business model,and the characteristics of the enterprise culture,the author research consultation at all levels to the understanding of the training work,from each process of training,to build a set of managerial staff training programs for FJCIn terms of optimal managerial staff training program,first of all,in order to perfect the training needs analysis,through the establishment of employees' skills templates,to identify the skill levels of employees,which,in turn,can see clearly the staff skills for the short term,according to the training plan,to better meet the demand of the training about managerial staff.Secondly,in view of the project managerial staff training and updating lag issue,according to the training requirements of managers,classification to establish comprehensive skills training project,there are internal trainers and part-time lecturers teach classes.Again,no managerial staff training scheme for the internal trainer team's training plan and promotion plan,no rewards and punishment mechanism to appraisal and incentive internal trainer,led to the internal trainer team strength is weak,the enthusiasm of the employees' lack of internal trainer team to join,low motivation,people who want to join trainer team is fewer.Internal training,therefore,not received the good effect.This article hopes to form internal trainer team,formulate training program and incentive mechanism,strengthen the company internal trainer team strength,improve the training effect of the internal training.Finally,in order to effectively run the new training program,the managerial staff of FJC then design the training implementation safeguard measures and supervision and guarantee mechanism,which is divided into organizational guarantee,on the system of security and resource security.FJC's core competitiveness must begin from the training.The author hope to design training program to improve the training work of managerial staff in FJC,to receive unprecedented effect.
