| With the pace of urbanization in the human society and the rapid development of world economy,urban energy consumption is increasing continuously and city greenhouse gas emissions are increasing rapidly with it,causing the global ecological environment worsening and sea levels rising,which bring a serious threat to human survival and sustainable development.As the basic industry of national economy,transportation plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of urban economy and making urban life convenient,but traffic emissions are also increasing quickly with it,which become one of the important driving factor in the aspect of increasing CO2 emissions and global greenhouse gas emissions.As one of the most important aspects of the low carbon city development,low-carbon transport gradually becomes the consensus of human society,and some countries in the world are actively exploring the development path of low-carbon transport.In this context,studying the influencing factors of urban traffic carbon emission and exploring the development countermeasures of low-carbon transport,which have become and will continue to be the inevitable choice of Hefei city transportation development and are of great significance to establish the image of low carbon city traffic in Hefei,promote energy conservation and emissions reduction and facilitate the sustainable development of traffic.First of all,summarizing the related research results of low carbon traffic of the domestic and foreign scholars by reviewing the literature,including the origin of low carbon development concept,the concept of low-carbon transport,low-carbon traffic development,the influencing factors of traffic emissions and low carbon traffic development strategy,and introducing the basic theory of urban traffic such as the sustainable transport theory,green transport theory,low-carbon transport theory,ecological transport theory and intelligent traffic theory so as to lay the essential theoretical foundation of research on influencing factors of low-carbon transport development.Secondly,summarizing research results of the influencing factor of low-carbon transport development,making research hypothesis according to the influence relationship among the variables and building the conceptual model of influencing factors of low-carbon transport development on this basis.Building the indicator system of variables according to the conceptual model,designing and modifying the questionnaire,then taking Hefei city residents as investigation object and collecting data by issuing questionnaires so as to build the foundation for the following empirical research.Then,using software SPSS21.0 to make descriptive statistical analysis of data collected by questionnaire,variable characteristics analysis reliability and validity test,and using software AMOS21.0 to make confirmatory factor analysis of questionnaire scale so as to test the questionnaire scale structure validity and convergent validity.After passing the correlation test between dependent and independent variables of influencing factors of low carbon transportation development,building path graph of structural equation model so as to test and analyze the research hypotheses and explain the result of model hypothesis test.The study found that low-carbon transport policy perfection degree,low carbon enterprise culture,traffic information technology innovation ability,level of transportation infrastructure,management capability of traffic supply and demand have positive influence on economic and environmental benefits of the development of low carbon traffic,but low-carbon transport preferences of enterprise,transportation technology innovation ability only have positive influence on the economic benefit of the development of low carbon traffic while have no positive influence on the environmental benefit of the development of low carbon traffic,and optimal layout of urban space has no positive influence on the economic benefit and environmental benefit of the development of low carbon traffic.Finally,on the basis of collecting the information of Hefei city traffic development,analyzing traffic development present situation such as the freight volume of different traffic transportation,public transportation,rail transport,road traffic and motor vehicle and the energy consumption situation of transportation and using PEST and SWOT to discuss respectively the policy,economic,social,technological environment and the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,threats of low-carbon transport development in Hefei so as to grasp the direction of the low-carbon transport development of Hefei in general;In the face of present situation of low-carbon transport development in Hefei and the result of empirical analysis,finding the existing problems in the process of low-carbon transport development,and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures of development of low-carbon transport from the perspective of enterprise in accordance with four levels of the policy level,social level,technology innovation level,market level.Besides,the research conclusion of article is drawn and the future research is discussed. |
