Research On Influencing Factors And Drive Mechanism Of Enterprise's Knowledge Stock In Major Projects Innovation Accounting For Individual Heterogeneity

With the projects of china become more and more lager,complicated and integrated,the innovation of major projects also become multidisciplinary,multi-field and multi-regional,as a result,the difficulty and the creativity of the innovation activities are also increasing.During the process of major projects innovation activities,the official dominate these activities,the enterprise as the main innovation with the guidance of scientific research institutes,and the primary task of is to complete the construction.Essentially,the technology transfer activities are a kind of knowledge transfer activities,which is occurred in official,enterprise,research institutes and universities,and the target of the knowledge transfer is to enhance the enterprise's knowledge.The process of the knowledge transfer is influenced by a variety of factors,which will directly or indirectly have an effect on the enterprise's knowledge stock.The first content is based on the literature reading,to refine and summarize the factors that influence the knowledge transfer process,and these factors are divided into four types,which are knowledge characteristics,knowledge sender characteristics,knowledge receiver characteristics and knowledge transfer scenarios.The second content is based on the multi-case study,and in this content,the process of knowledge transfer of major projects is analyzed.In this process,universities and research institutions as knowledge sender,enterprises as knowledge receiver and the official cultivate the situation of knowledge transfer.In the practice of major knowledge,the official always tend to gather several research institutes and universities to help the enterprise to complete a project topic,that is,the knowledge transfer of major project is no longer "point to point",but "many to one".In fact,there are some differences between universities and research institutes,such as research conditions,infrastructure and so on,and these differences will cause the differences of knowledge stock,the willingness of sharing knowledge and the ability of sharing knowledge,and further have an effect on the process of knowledge transfer and the enterprises' knowledge stock.Therefore,based on the results of literature reading and multi-case analysis,combine the theory of system dynamics,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of knowledge transfer in major projects innovation,and further uses the VINSIM to simulate,to find the way to improve the enterprise's knowledge stock and make suggestions.
