Chinese growth as the second largest economy in the world,domestic and international economy,the financial environment is also quietly changing,in the conventional sense of "bank" on the one hand,continue to collapse,in order to adapt to the twenty-first Century model of the knowledge economy challenges,on the other hand,the new production factors continue to emerge,the talent has become the core resources the banking industry fast,stable and healthy development,but also for the financial services banks provide necessary conditions in the increasingly complex market economy,survival competition,further evolution of the critical strength for the sustainable development of the banking industry.Based on the function and the practical significance,this thesis choose the special mechanism of domestic "people's Bank",combined with the Shanghai Huangpu District people's Bank of the case,according to the bank's existing human resources management system,staff training system analysis,put forward the human resources training system optimization strategies and suggestions.In this thesis,literature research method,interview method and questionnaire method,based on the first,based on the banking industry as the research object,finishing effective content from the relevant documents,combined with previous research theories,viewpoints and methods,basic research of this thesis lay.Secondly,the people's Bank of Huangpu District in Shanghai as the research object,take interviews and questionnaires,summarized the Shanghai Huangpu District people's bank staff training system,and analyzes the reasons and puts forward the countermeasures,this study can also provide some reference for commercial banks.The research direction of the thesis is how to optimize the human resources training system of the people's Bank of Huangpu District in Shanghai.The related issues involve the structure of training organization,training plan and training service system.The research contents include: first,the background,purpose,significance,research status,research methods at home and abroad,and so on are introduced.An overview of the line.Second,referring to the existing theories and research achievements,the research on the concept,process,content and method of the training system is based on the concept of "human resources" as the core,which is the basis for further optimization.Third,the present situation of human resource management in Huangpu District people's Bank of Shanghai is summarized,and the existing problems in the construction of human resources training system are analyzed,and the internal and external reasons are further analyzed.Fourth,combining the above research content and the human strategy development target of the people's Bank of Huangpu District in Shanghai,the optimization scheme of the training system with pertinence and long-term effectiveness is formulated.The results of this study prove that the training of the internal human resources in the bank is more important,except the relatively closed operating system with the silver industry in the country.Besides,it is still in accordance with the mature plan and data provided by it,and the most important thing in building the human resource training system is to meet the specific needs.
