As the real estate market increasingly fierce competition environment,regulation and control policy kept increasing,the real estate industry from profiteering era into small profit era,real estate development enterprises,especially small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to obtain long-term development,not be eliminated by the market,we must strengthen the internal management.Has established 16 years property of H-companies are faced with the rapid development of the potential crisis,at present,the company to focus on the present project development,short-term income,sales,profits,and ignore the problems that exist in the human resources evaluation system,makes the performance evaluation process to become a mere formality,and due to different positions,different departments and different levels of different requirements,the original body of performance appraisal not reasonable distinction,according to the result of performance appraisal,reward for a pay rise and promotion not employees has been recognized,intensified the contradiction in the company.Therefore,based on the property of the H-company's long-term strategic point of view,on the current situation of the company's current performance evaluation system,analyzes the possible problems,and through the literature research,in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey in the form of H property company performance evaluation system is optimized design research,and puts forward some corresponding implementation of the related security measures of the performance appraisal system.First part of this thesis is divided into six chapters,the first chapter,elaborated the paper research background,research purpose,research significance,current research at home and abroad and the research methods and thesis framework;The second,based on the related theory of performance appraisal and reviewed common performance appraisal technology and finishing.The third mainly introduces the H property company existing human resources condition and present situation of performance appraisal system,and through in-depth interviews and questionnaires in the form of combination of its existence and problems were analyzed and summarized;The fourth chapter through literature study and questionnaire results for H property of the company's performance evaluation system is optimized design;Chapter v given H the optimization of performance appraisal system of house property company,puts forward the measures to ensure the smooth implementation,and make a brief evaluation of the optimized system;The final part of the thesis research conclusion and the future,based on the carding of the whole article,a brief overview paper's main research results and research is insufficient,at the same time,the design of the performance of the system,further thinking about the future of real estate industry is also lay a certain foundation for subsequent research direction.Real estate company performance evaluation system based on H optimal design research,hope to play to the staff's enthusiasm,initiative and able to contribute a little creativity,do "for its use,which people".At the same time,the other property of the company's performance appraisal has a certain reference significance.
