Human resource management is an important means for enterprises to implement scientific management,and it plays an important role in promoting the survival and development of enterprises.Performance appraisal as an important component of human resources management,it can objectively evaluate the performance of enterprises,find problems in management,and provide decision-making basis for problem solving.For the small and medium-sized private enterprises such as Dafang Real Estate company,the introduction of the modern concept of performance appraisal into the company's human resources management system will certainly play a role in promoting the development of enterprises.We introduce the present situation of Dafang Real Estate company performance appraisal,including the content and methods of assessment.Through the questionnaire survey method,the assessment of the existing problems are analyzed.100 questionnaires were issued for the management and staff representatives of the company,and the problems existed in the design and implementation of the assessment system were analyzed.The results of the questionnaire survey show that the current assessment system can not effectively support the development strategy of Dafang Real Estate company.The assessment indicators do not reflect the important business content of the enterprise,and the implementation process becomes a mere formality.The reasons for these problems lie in the absence of strategic decomposition in the process of performance appraisal system design,the lack of long-term assessment indicators,and lack of communication and feedback during the assessment process.To solve these problems,this paper expounds the important role of introducing Balanced Scorecard in Dafang Real Estate company.On the basis of the definite problems,this article has improved the performance appraisal system,combining the company development strategy,the author designed the performance evaluation index system from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.Then,the weight of the index is calculated by AHP Method.The differences between the old and new assessment systems are compared and analyzed.In order to make the assessment system implement smoothly,the author puts forward the safeguard measures,including establishing the leading organization and strengthening the staff training,etc.,analyses the difficulties in the implementation of the assessment system and we puts forward some countermeasures,including striving for leadership,establishing organizational structure and building performance culture.
