As the world economy integration,the financial industry competition of the various countries has been the more intense.In order to meet the new challenges and opportunities that the globalization brings,ICBC Y Branch keep up with the trend of the times,pioneer spirit and use new ideas to build high-quality and different development road with local characteristics.From the system and the problems existing in the reform,establishing a performance management model based on local features to maximize efficiency,adjusting and changing the appraisal system.The aim of the reform is to arouse the initiative and creativity of the employees.It also promotes the development of various undertakings and lays the solid foundation.However,the main problem is the lack of adequate theoretical basis.In practice,there were many problems.That lead the employees feel the assessment method is unfair,the assessment index is not reasonable,the relationship assessment is not specific,the information is not shared.The lack of a sense of fairness seriously affected the staffs' work efficiency,and it makes a great damage on work efficiency.In order to realize the business objectives of ICBC,ICBC Y Branch must adjust the existing appraisal system to achieve the maximize use of human resources.The article will start from the basic theory and further elaborate the present situation of the modern performance management in the bank.In this paper,it introduces the organization of ICBC Y Branch,the basic situation of ICBC Y Branch and the current situation of the Performance Assessment of ICBC Y Branch.By using interview and case analysis,it analyzes the fairness problems of the Performance Assessment of ICBC Y Branch.Then the paper combines the existing business situation of the ICBC Y Branch make suggestions for the Performance Assessment of ICBC Y Branch.Finally,this article has carried on the summary,and the Performance Assessment of ICBC Y Branch is expected.
