Study On Farmland Circulation Influence Farmer Welfare Changes Effect

Farmland circulation has been carried out in a nationwide comprehensive,the evolution of farmland circulation system deeply affects the welfare of farmers,farmland has multiple effects in China.What is the effect on the welfare of farmers after the transfer of the farmers' life?In this paper,the welfare effect of agricultural land transfer out of household(sellers)and the welfare effect of agricultural land transfer into household(acquirers)are analyzed.According to the existing research results and Capability Approach,Amartya Sen,we determine the composition of farmland circulation of five kinds of functional activities of farmers' welfare,economic conditions,social security,and selected representative evaluation index,and build the evaluation index system of the welfare of the farmers of farmland circulation,finally through fuzzy mathematics method,build farmers welfare measure model of farmland circulation,through calculating the membership degree,analysis of before and after the farmland circulation of farmland conversion farmers welfare changes,and find some meaningful findings.The results show that the welfare effect of transfer out of household(sellers)and the welfare effect of agricultural land transfer into household(acquirers)is different.The welfare of agricultural land transfer out of household(sellers)is dependent on the income of farm land transfer and the ability of farmers to obtain non-agricultural income,opportunities and non-agricultural income.The increase in the agricultural land transfer into household(acquirers)is mainly dependent on the income of crop planting and the corresponding cost.The total welfare index of agricultural land transfer out of household(seller)is decreased,although the economic situation and living conditions have increased,social security,living conditions and psychological factors have declined.The general welfare index of the agricultural land transfer into household(acquirers)was increased although the economic situation decreased,but the welfare of living conditions,living conditions and psychological factors was rising.The analysis of the conversion factor shows that the older the age,the more unfavorable the transfer of the welfare of the agricultural land transfer out of household(sellers)of welfare to the family.The higher the level of education,the higher the welfare benefits,the higher the family dependency ratio,and the higher the welfare of rural land transfer.
