| With rapid development of global cities,the population boom,industry pollution,resources depletion and the deterioration of human living environment,the increasing dilemma appears in urban development.The way how to change the rely on natural resources,Extensive single mode of develpment into the mode of rely on Talent science,the development direction of meticulous and multivariantis is important for the development of cities.In all types of cities around the world,resource-based city is classified as the most severely constrained and constrained owing to the dependence on resources and resource depletion.Low carbon transition model becomes the preferred model of urban transformation and development because of its own special "3R" theories,along with low-carbon model based on scientific and technological innovation to transform the city,society,economy and so forth.The thesis conducts a study on Tongchuan which is a country-level resource-exhausted city.It sums the research of low-carbon city and resource-based city and analyzes the current situation of Tongchuan to summarizes the development problems and development direction.The system of Urban Transition of Tongchuan is divided into five parts:economic subsystem,social subsystem,resource subsystem,environmental subsystem and spatial subsystem by SD—system dynamics and Data manipulation and analysis.Based on the current situation data,the most suitable low-carbon transformation model and the key point of transition are obtained,and a set of comprehensive SD model establishment mode which guides the low-carbon transformation of resource-based cities is established.The founding with the development status of Tongchuan,that is good for the study of low-carbon transformation of Chinese resource-based city and provides practical measures for the transformation of Tongchuan. |
