Study On Collaborative Knowledge Innovation In Enterprise Value Chain Based On Systematic Dynamics

In the current era focused on knowledge economy,it is necessary for enterprises to occupy leading positions in the aspect of knowledge innovation if they want to catch up with continuous development.However,every enterprise has limited resources,and it is hard to reach requirement of innovative development on their own.Under such circumstance,enterprises would have to operate collaborative knowledge innovation for achieving the goal of continuous innovation,so as to make full use of resources in the process of enterprise value chain,and realize resource sharing for the situation of advantage supplement.However,collaborative knowledge innovation has its own features like high collaborative effectiveness and complicated structure.Currently,some researchers have done studies in this area,whose results are not ideal enough,leaving problems like low effectiveness in collaborative knowledge innovation.In order to better guide healthy development of Chinese enterprises,this article makes further researches in collaborative knowledge innovation with the combination of actual situation of Chinese enterprise value chain.First of all,this article identifies influencing factors of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain,which attempts to build the model of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain from the perspective of systematic dynamics.Such identification clearly shows relationship among influencing factors during the process of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain,so as to provide specific guide on collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain.Major contents of this article are as follows.The first aspect is to identify and analyze various influencing factors in the process of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain.Based on discussions of existed studies on influencing factors of the activity,this article concentrates on special features of collaborative knowledge innovation,and summarizes factors influencing collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain from the perspective of willingness and capability of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain.In addition,various stages of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain would be summarized according to the process,and influencing mechanism of each stage would be analyzed.The second aspect is to build the model of collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain.Firstly,goals,boundaries and basic hypotheses of the model would be clearly identified.Then the internal relationship would be analyzed based on the process analysis.Finally,the simulation model would be built from aspects of relationship,variable assembly and function design.The third aspect is to simulate and analyze the built model.Based on the model,simulation process would be operated with the application of Vensim PLE software.The verification of model would be tested in the first place,and then extreme conditions as well as its sensibility would also be analyzed.The major discussion would surround the case of collaborative innovation project between AppCan and China Eastern Airlines.With simulation on the built model,promotion suggestions would be raised.The outbreaks of this article locates at several aspects.The first aspect is that the built model contains the entire system of collaborative knowledge innovation.The second aspect is the discussion of collaborative knowledge innovation model with the guidance of theoretical basis,which describes relationship among factors reflecting the model.The third aspect is the depth study on the process of collaborative knowledge innovation,which avoids the situation of focusing on the form of collaborative knowledge innovation and understands the mechanism better.The fourth aspect is the deep discussion on influences of key factors in the process after analysis on simulation results.Enterprises could achieve knowledge from channels like competitors,market or experts,and the collaborative knowledge innovation in enterprise value chain would constantly be affected by the changing environment,therefore,long-term exploration and further innovation are still necessary in the future.
