The Technological Demand And Policy Study Of Cultivating New-type Professional Farmers

Farmers are the main body of the agricultural economy.The core of agricultural modernization is the modernization of farmers.Therefore,fostering new professional farmers is the objective requirement of developing modern agriculture in our country.Under the condition of market economy,the demand of science and technology is the inevitable reflection for new professional farmers to seek to maximize profits and achieve sustainable development.New professional farmers' demand of science and technology is the basis of China's agricultural science and technology innovation and transformation.With more and more important productive function of agricultural science and technology in today's society,the demand has become the fundamental driving force of accelerating the development of the modern agriculture.Pay attention to the new type of professional farmers' demand of science and technology is the inevitable requirement of promoting agricultural science and technology level of transformation of the mode of agricultural production.Therefore,it has important theoretical significance and practical significance to in-depth analyze the new type of professional farmers' demand of science and technology and to perfect the new professional farmers cultivating mechanism of science and technology policy for the new professional farmers cultivating and promoting agricultural modernization.In this paper,research methods are used such as literature research and interdisciplinary study,it is discussed from four aspects on the basis of research background and significance,research status at home and abroad in this paper.One is that the new concepts of professional farmers including the new concepts,connotation characteristics and the main types of professional farmers.At the same time the paper states the necessity of cultivating new type of professional farmers in agricultural modernization.Second,on the basis of the concepts such as demand of the science and technology and demand the farmer science and technology,the paper discusses the tendency of the traditional farmers shifting to the new professional farmers and the influence factors of new professional farmers' demand.Third,this paper analyzes the new type of professional farmers' demand of science and technology from three aspects: technological literacy of farmers,agricultural production and agricultural operation organizations by farmers.Four,this paper puts forward the advice of perfecting new professional farmers' mechanism of science and technology policy.It discusses from three aspects: the supply of agricultural science,training of agricultural technology and popularizing agricultural science and technology and communication.Finally,the whole paper was summarized.
