Study On The Countermeasures Of Poverty Alleviation In Wuhua County Of Guangdong Province

2016 is the beginning year of Chinese "13th Five-Year" plan,which also comes to the home stretch of the fighting against poverty.The primary task is to solve the poverty problem of all poor areas.During the long-term poverty reduction process in our country,the scale of poverty alleviation development work has made great achievements.However,it has been inconsistent with the situation of the present stage of our country.We need to innovate the poverty alleviation mechanism,which is guiding by Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation thought,implement poverty relief.The author mainly uses the literature research method,investigation method,case study method,combined with the poverty related theory and the theory of public goods,analyzes the reasons of poverty problem in Wuhua county through three parts,poverty alleviation patterns,identification of poverty family,examination of poverty-relief work,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions combined with the theory of public goods so as to solve the problem of poverty alleviation effectively.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part is an introduction,introduces the research background,the domestic and foreign research review on poverty reduction as well as the research content;the second part is the related concepts and theories,including introducing the concept of poverty,poverty alleviation precise definition and theory of public goods;the third part survey of Wuhua county basic situation and farmers based on the analysis of income questionnaire,Wuhua county poverty status and problems,including facing the poverty relief situation in rural areas in rural areas of Wuhua county and Wuhua County overview area,also analyzes the reasons for poverty problems in rural areas of Wuhua County;the fourth part is the analysis of factors of farmers precise poverty based on expectation,analysis of Countermeasures of the transformation of Wuhua county rural area poverty alleviation precise way,combining with the theory of public goods,from poverty reduction,poverty alleviation Three suggestions are putforward to determine and assess.The last part is the conclusion of this paper,the main contents of this paper are summarized,and the future research directions are prospected.I hope this study can help Wuhua county to improve the supply of public goods in poor mountainous areas and puts forward a series of effective measures for farmers to supply,people demand expression channels,a contribution to poverty alleviation in Wuhua county.
