| In the economic structure of Suizhou city, the secondary industry such as traditional manufacturing, high energy-consuming industries, construction and high-tech industries, occupies a very important position in the entire GDP.Due to the blind pursuit of GDP in recent years, the vulgar second industrial structure of Suizhou city has caused serious damage to ecological environment.Owing to advocating green economy under the current environment, the implementation of the optimization of second industrial structure is very urgent, while the industry structure has been studied at home and abroad, there is no specific study of the internal optimization of second industrial structure. However, the optimization of the second industrial structure is directly related to the development of green economy. Therefore, this article is based on the theoretical model building and empirical analysis to study the optimization of the second industrial structure by using Suizhou city as an example,so as to provide some reference for the development of green economy.(1)Starting from the current development situation and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the secondary industry of Suizhou city, this paper introduces the amount of the secondary industry and the basic situation of the internal structure, carries on the detailed analysis of internal industry structure of the secondary industry, gives a development trend of high and new technology industry and energy intensive industry, and illustrates the main problems existing in the industrial structure of Suizhou.(2)In this paper,a correlation analysis model of industrial structure is given, the significant correlation evaluation formula is deduced, and the correlation between the second industrial structure and its internal different departments is calculated.Based on the correlation, the sectors significantly related to the secondary industry are obtained, namely, the high-tech industry. And then, through the calculation of correlation between various business of high-tech industry and the secondary industry, the high-tech business significantly related to the secondary industry is obtained.(3)Using the contribution rate formula, this paper gives the contribution rate of different departments for the secondary industry of Suizhou, analyses fitting results of secondary industry contribution rate obtained by using different function models in detail, derives trend quantitative evaluation model of the secondary industry contribution rate, obtains trend quantitative evaluation models of different departments to the secondary industry contribution rate, and provides suggestions on the optimization of the secondary industry department.(4)The optimization model of the secondary industry structure adjustment route is given, the secondary industry structural adjustment path optimization formula is deduced, the path optimization process of the selected sectors during the secondary industry structure adjustment is calculated, and the specific indicators and steps are given for the route optimization of the secondary industry structure adjustment. The optimization process of the selected business during the structure adjustment of the high-tech industries is calculated, and the specific indicators and steps for the selected high-tech industries are given during the secondary industry structure adjustment. It can be obtained that it will take at least 18 years to achieve the transformation of green economy of Suizhou city while maintaining the current development speed of the secondary industry, assuming that the proportion of high-tech industry in the secondary industry needs to grow nearly doubled and that of mining industry needs to be reduced by half in the future. However,it will take only 4 years for the communication industry to grow by 3 percentage points in the context of the Internet. Therefore,in order to achieve the transformation of green economy as soon as possible,Suizhou city needs to increase the investment in the development of the communication industry and improve the proportion of communication industry in high-tech industries continuously, thus making the proportion of high-tech industries in the secondary industry to grow by nearly doubly. |
