The reduction and elimination of poverty is a worldwide problem in the process of human development,so poverty alleviation and development plays an important role to promote social stability and harmonious development.Since the founding of new China,especially since the reform and opening up,the elimination of poverty has always been the pursuit of the party and Government objectives.At present,poverty alleviation and development in China has made remarkable achievements,and great changes have taken place in the poor areas of China,which plays an important role in the progress of China's economic and social development,national unity,frontier stability and harmony plays.Meanwhile,we must awake to see that China's poverty alleviation task is still very arduous and heavy.The Thirteen Five period is the decisive stage fully built a well-off society,but also out of poverty to tackle the sprint period.Due to nature,history and many other factors,minority areas are almost synonymous with poor areas.In recent years,although the infrastructure and social undertakings of minority areas have been fully strengthened and improved,by the natural disasters,the development of imbalance and other factors,poverty alleviation and development tasks of minority areas are still very difficult and the pressure to return to poverty is still large.The problem of poverty of ethnic minorities has become the core of poverty in our country,and the poverty alleviation and development in ethnic minority areas will also become the focus and difficulty of poverty alleviation and development work in the new period.Therefore,the development of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas has been highly valued by all levels of government,but also one of the hot issues of academic research.Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Dali is one of the main battleground of poverty alleviation in Yunnan Province,is a set of "old,small,mountain,while the poor" as one of the poor areas of Yunnan Province.In recent years,Dali Prefecture has made a great development on improving poverty alleviation by financial poverty alleviation,Industry poverty alleviation,public participation and other measures.Deepening the development of poverty alleviation in Dali is of great significance to promote Yunnan's poverty alleviation and to complete the process of building a moderately well-off society in all aspects.This paper regards Dali as the research object,through the field studies and empirical analysis,around the relevant problem of the poverty alleviation anddevelopment in Dali,carried out a systematic research and discussion.First of all,the paper analyzes the poverty status and related poverty alleviation practices from the poverty type,poverty characteristics,poverty alleviation and development mechanism,poverty alleviation and development path and other aspects in Dali,and make an objective evaluation of the practice of poverty alleviation and development.Secondly,the paper analyzes the mechanism of poverty alleviation and development in Dali,and analyzes the contradictions,problems and shortcomings of the poverty alleviation and development in Dali.Finally,the paper put forward the basic way to perfect the mechanism of poverty alleviation and development in Dali,based on the typical case analysis of the poverty alleviation and development mechanism in Dali.This paper will improve the mechanism of poverty alleviation and development in in ethnic minority areas,eliminate poverty in ethnic minority areas,achieve common prosperity,and provide reference and guidance for the common prosperity of all nationalities.
