Research On Management Mode And Sustainable Development Of Large-scale Conference And Exhibition Venues

This thesis based on the background of exhibition industrial chain,with analyzing the management mode of large-scale conference and exhibition venues,tried to find out development ways for the convention and exhibition venues.What’s more,this thesis provided some suggestions and solutions for the existing problems,in order to provide reference for LH Trading Center on management mode and sustainability.On the basis of the analysis of general theories of the strategic management and marketing,it has enriched the theories of the exhibition industry.To make use of the analytical tools,such as the method of linking qualitative and quantitative,comparative analysis,method of field survey,bibliographical research,inductive method,the thesis provided the current status and classical cases of large-scale conference and exhibition venues in our country.Besides,it is the perfection and innovation of management mode and sustainability of large-scale conference and exhibition venues with the concept of Site of conference and exhibition venue,exhibition industry,industrial chain,management mode and sustainable development,etc.In reality,the thesis can provide reference and theoretical support for LH Trading Center in strategy making based on the analysis of the successful experiences from some national and international famous convention center and Highsun Binbin Plaza.For case study,this paper pointed out the current situation of exhibition industry under a heavy jam.How to solute this problem?The successful cases in the world can be used for reference,such as Highsun Binbin Plaza,Las Vegas Convention Centre,etc.The paper found out a developing way for large-scale conference and exhibition venues with strategic targets and improving tactics of management performances,and set an example for LH Trading Center at drawing inferences.The paper contained seven parts,including exordium,theoretical foundation and current situation,the development status and problems in China,the successful experiences from national and international famous convention center,the improving tactics of management mode and sustainability for LH Trading Center,conclusion and prospect:Element part(the first chapter is introduction),the first chapter generalized the views of the research,including its background,target,meaning,tools and the current status.Theoretical part(the second chapter is principle in the theory),the second chapter generalize about the theories of management mode and sustainable development,management mode and developing targets of large-scale conference and exhibition venues.Research part(the third chapter is the current status and problems of conference and exhibition venues in China,the forth、fifth chapter is the successful cases of external or internal exhibition organizations for reference and practice).First of all,the paper collected all aspects about the developing status of exhibition organizations in our country.And the paper used the analytical tool of SWOT for study the current problems and opportunity of LH Trading Center as well.At last,successful experiences can be compared with LH Trading Center,and find out their general and specific characters,and put forward some methods for LH Trading Center in groping a development way.Application part(the sixth chapter is analyzing on management mode and development way of large-scale conference and exhibition venues(especially the site of conference and exhibition venue),and find out the countermeasures for LH Trading Center based on Highsun Binbin Plaza’s advanced experiences.At last,the paper provided some available measures and suggestions to strengthen the potency of LH Trading Center.Conclusion part(the seventh chapter is generalization and advice),the sixth chapter pointed out the purpose of the results of study,and learned from the causes of the successful cases,but should be understood why this paper still will be imperfect,and we should continue to study more and it’ll be a research trend in future.
