| Electric power is the core of modern energy system.Along with the rapid economic development and urban construction,the influence of electric power on social production and residents’ life is growing.For a long time,the energy structure based on coal has supported the rapid development of Chinese economy,but carbon dioxide and other pollutants generated by the combustion of fossil fuels has caused serious damage to the ecological environment.In order to cope with climate change,protect the environment and reduce air pollution,low carbon transformation of the electric power industry is imperative.Only to realize the economic and efficient development of China’s electric power industry,can the sustainable development be guaranteed.Generation planning is of great significance for the sustainable development of the power industry.Therefore,the scientific generation planning under the background of low carbon transformation is particularly important.The main research content of this paper is to discuss the development direction of energy structure of China’s electric power industry in the context of energy strategy transformation and low carbon development.Firstly,this paper expounds the significance of low carbon development,energy conservation and emission reduction,low carbon economy,generation planning theory,and the significance of low carbon development to the energy strategy transformation.Secondly,this paper expounds the theory of power demand forecasting and generation planning,and then constructs the power demand forecasting model and the generation planning model.Then,based on the status and development trend of power generation,and the development process of social’s economy,set the corresponding parameter of models.Finally,through the example analysis,the future of China’s 2016-2030 generation planning is discussed,and the development direction of China’s energy structure in the electric power industry is expected,and the optimization path of the power low carbon transformation is cleared in this paper.This paper cleares the optimization path of the power by adopting the method of Integrated Resource Strategy Planning,and further puts forward the policy recommendations to achieve the optimization of power resources.The result provides a powerful reference for the clean and low-carbon development of China’s power industry and promotes China’s energy strategy transformation,at the same time,impels the total amount of China’s carbon emissions to peak as early as possible. |
