Analysis And Applied Research On The Assembly Production Line Balance

The pros and cons of assembly production line balancing directly affectproduction efficiency of the production enterprise.This paper uses the method ofcombining the theory with practice, using the industrial engineering method andestablishing the linear programming model improve the study of the known enterpriseassembly production line balance, in order to improve the efficiency of assemblyproduction line and production equipment efficiency, to satisfy the demand of themarket.First, the related concepts of assembly line balancing problem has beenexpounded, and reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign solving thinking ofthe assembly production line balancing problem. Based on this, this paper analysescurrent situation of the Z company generator assembly production line, finding thebottleneck process of the whole assembly production line, using the program analysismethod of industrial engineering improves the bottleneck process of the assemblyproduction line, in order to achieve the goal of preliminary improvement of theassembly production line balancing. Secondly, the assembly workstation has beendivided, setting up the linear programming model based on different workstations,and in the Lingo software platform saving program solution. It select the five differentworkstations to calculate respectively the effect of assembly production line balancing,and the five different situation has been carried on the comparative study. Again, theprevious step model research is the linear assembly production lines, building theimproved model in order to realize the u-shaped assembly production line. Theu-shaped assembly production line compares with the linear one, finding the u-shapedone is more advantageous to the enterprise production, this makes the effect of thewhole assembly production line balancing reach a new height.Based on further study of the assembly production line balancing problem, usingthe combined method of industrial engineering and linear programming to optimizethe assembly production line of Z company, the assembly production line balance rateof Z company has been improved. The research result shows that the study solvesassembly production line balancing, optimizes the allocation of resources、improvesthe efficiency of enterprise production、enhances the economic benefits of enterprise,it has a certain practical significance.
