Due to the profit-driven enterprises and structural contradictions and female worker labor market supply and demand in our country the influence of such factors as the special physiological conditions,at present our country enterprise enjoys the rights and interests of female worker at lower levels,female worker's rights infringement enterprise often happened.Whether state-owned enterprises or private enterprises,there are special rights and interests protection of female workers labor contract can be evaded difficult to implement,female worker is narrow issues such as a promotion channel the problems between labor not only damage the female worker's health,threatening the survival of female worker needs and security needs,also affects the female staff's work enthusiasm Creativity,brings to the enterprise long-term development of the hidden dangers.More and more enterprises realize that the competition between the enterprises in the final analysis is the competition,enterprises must fully pay attention to the rights and interests of workers and the development,to protect the employee's needs Female worker as an important part of enterprise employees and vulnerable groups,enterprise should pay more attention to their needs and further development of ERG theory in demand level theory,for the protection of the rights and interests of employees more practical.Based on protection of female worker rights and interests of the relevant literature both at home and abroad and based on the analysis of the connotation of ERG theory,through in-depth interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,to henan spi five different nature,different size,different industry enterprise of 506 female workers to investigate object,through their survival needs,relationship between demand and demand growth indicators and 20 raw data,using the entropy weight method to determine index weight,exploratory constructs the evaluation system for the protection of the rights and interests of enterprises in henan Lingbao region.Through the use of the evaluation system of discovery: survival needs as affect the protection of the rights and interests of enterprise's important indicator set,in order to effectively increase the rights and interests protection of female workers in the enterprise,then first needs to solve the problem of female worker survival demand indicators.20 indicators of written labor contract rate,the proportions of the men and women equal pay for equal work,according to the regulation enjoys maternity leave,female worker turnover rate,the sex ratio in the management of the five most important factors influencing the evaluation results,the protection of the rights and interests of the enterprises to the role of larger is first of all need to be pay attention to and improve the project.Research results show that the enterprises should strengthen the awareness of enterprise managers perform labor contract,promote female worker special collective contract to sign,to set up the labor dispute processing mechanism,attach importance to the career development and growth of female workers and strengthen enterprise culture construction five aspects to improve the level of protection of the rights and interests of local enterprises.Design of the evaluation system to improve the protection of the rights and interests of female employees to provide local train of thought,and for our country's reference and reference for the protection of the rights and interests,promote the equality between the sexes,and economic development and social harmony and stability.
