Since the21st century, the hotel industry as one of the three pillar industries of tourism, also with unusual speed development, the hotel industry supply problem is increasingly highlight, between the hotel industry competition is increasingly fierce. In the face of fierce market competition, the hotel industry human resources gradually become the most valuable resource. Hotel service quality is the competition between competition, ultimately comes down to the staff quality competition, actually. The number of female employees in the hotel industry is constantly rising, has become the main force of the enterprise, hotel female employee behavior on customer service satisfaction and hotel operating conditions have a direct impact. How to mobilize the female staffs work enthusiasm, enhances the working efficiency of the female employees, improve the service quality has become the hotel human resources management and development of important challenges.YA hotel is a collection of conference reception, leisure, entertainment, catering, accommodation type a private meeting with the hotel, the hotel industry scale, operating conditions, employment Numbers have significant characteristics of hotel industry. Female employees accounted for more than55%in the hotel, directly face the guests on the position of women employees accounted for about70%, the female employees is the main force of the hotel, the service quality of female employee directly affect the quality of hotel service, the quality of female employee is directly in the hotel image. Based on YA hotel female employees as the research object, through the relevant data collected in recent years, the hotel human resources, the characteristics of the female employees to the hotel, the hotel human resources present situation, the incentive mechanism is analyzed, based on maslow’s hierarchy of needs to design the questionnaire, and combined with the questionnaire survey to understand the current demand for hotel employees, dissatisfaction with the current incentive mechanism, through the empirical analysis, find out the female employees under the background of the current era of the gap between need and hotel provided incentives. Finally, according to the actual situation, YA hotel based on the comprehensive incentive theory, a preliminary discussion YA women employee incentive mechanism for the construction of the measures.
