| The execution of overseas engineering project needs to mobilize a variety of resources,of which the most basic and important is human resources,which is an important factor to improve the competitiveness of overseas project contracting enterprises.It can be said that the level of human resources management in overseas engineering projects directly affects the success or failure of the project.Overseas engineering project human resource management not only has team cooperation,temporary organization and progressive features.It also has the features of high flow ability and the qualified people lost seriously,personal structure is complicated and the management is difficult,high risk of external and cultural conflict etc.So the overseas project human resource organization is loose,low trust between persons,frequent occurrence of conflict,cultural conflict ect.How to ask this complicated human structure,temporary assembly organization to work smoothly and efficiently which is the key point and difficult point of overseas project human resource management.In this article,the overseas project human resource management is the research object,to use of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,Interpersonal Relationship Theory,overseas project human resource related theory and 5P model of human resource management,collect the related literature of domestic and foreign,study and research on the related theories,acknowledge special concepts and new ideas.According to analyze the characteristics and development trend of overseas project's human resource management,and build a human resource management 5P model for overseas engineering project especially.Finally the 5P model of human resource management was applicated in El Paso 3*30MW hydropower project of Chile which verified that the model has certain practicability and operable.To provide suggestions for improving the level of human resource management and enhancing international competitiveness of international engineering contractors. |
